Bachelorette & Bachelor Parties

Thursday before the wedding, Parker and I were able to spend some quality time with some of our closest friends.  When I went into our bathroom in the morning, I was greeted by this:

My sister wrote me the sweetest card and had this shirt waiting for me...

"McDivitt today, Lohrenz tomorrow."

Morgan and I both got pedicures.  It was my first time getting a pedi, and I can see why they could be addicting.  The hot wax was awesome!

Meanwhile, Parker and the guys headed up into Glacier Park and the mountains for hiking and camping out.  Since I wasn't there, here is a glimpse of their time in pictures:

The girls headed up to East Glacier for dinner at Serrano's for some tasty Mexican food.  Sienna and Sierra, twins and good friends from kindergarten, were able to join us.  It was such a special time!  We can always pick up right where we left off, no matter how long it's been.  Oh, and the rest of my outfit included a purple boa, a tiara, and a bachelorette sash.
After dinner, we walked up to the Glacier Park lodge.  I spent lots of time there in my childhood, playing cards indoors when it was rainy, golfing on the front lawn and earning huckleberry milkshakes from Dad for a hole in 2, and learning how to swim in their pool.  The girls also said that I had to ask random couples for marriage advice.  They said some good stuff:  give lots of back rubs, never stop dating, say you are sorry...a lot.
Look at the buffalo!
We topped off the evening with wine and chocolates and a lingerie party.  It was such special time with the girls.  Thanks sister for an awesome bachelorette party!
